How to Apply

To apply, first read the Current Grants RFP and plan your project with your team.

After that, select your grant category and follow the steps below:

Transformation Grants

  1. Read the Transformation Grants review rubric.
  2. Download and complete the Transformation Grants application form.
  3. Get the appropriate Letter(s) of Support completed and signed using this template.
  4. Get the Grants/Business Office Acknowledgement Form signed using this template.
  5. Officially submit your application through the Online Application Form.

Continuous Improvement Grants

  1. Read the Continuous Improvement Grants review rubric.
  2. Download and complete the Continuous Improvement Grants Word Application Form.
  3. Get the appropriate Letter(s) of Support completed and signed using this template.
  4. Get the Grants/Business Office Acknowledgement Form signed using this template.
  5. Officially submit the application through the Online Application Form.

Research Grants

  1. Read the Research Grants review rubric.
  2. Download and complete the Research Grants Word Application Form.
  3. Get the appropriate Letter(s) of Support using this template.
  4. Get the Grants/Business Office Acknowledgement Form signed using this template.
  5. Officially submit the application through the Online Application Form.
